Philip Blanc was very well prepared, inspiring and professional for the duration. In order to run a course of this type, you need to have the knowledge and experience to back it up - something Philip was undoubtedly in possession of on both counts.
Philip was also able to identify with ease each person’s strengths and weaknesses, and work with them individually on these, to get the best out of each individual.
